You are cordially invited to attend an information session on how to optimize the return on rental property investments by getting involved in OVO’s Housing Choice Voucher Program. Our guest speaker will be local businessman David Kilburn. Mr. Kilburn has personally worked with OVO relative to his rental properties. He will share his insights.

Housing Choice Voucher Program staff will also be on hand to answer any questions and provide you with additional pertinent information. For example, did you know that some of the benefits of working with the Housing Choice Voucher Program include:

• Rent payments (based on the tenant’s income) are made by OVO directly to the landlord
• Direct deposits into the landlord’s chosen account ensures timely rent payments
• Support from OVO is available to both tenants and landlords
• Landlords maintain control of their rental units including leases, tenant screening and renter expectations
