Here at Ohio Valley Opportunities, providing excellence in customer service is a priority for our staff.  In order to best serve our clients, we will be making changes to our Energy Assistance Program County Office hours.  These changes will only affect Scott County.  We will now be in Scott County on Thursdays at the same location.  If you would like to meet with one of our Energy Assistance Program staff and apply for assistance with your heating and electric bills, please visit us according to this schedule:

Jennings County:

When: Every Tuesday through the end of January (8am to 3:30 pm)

Where: Office of Valley Court Apartments in North Vernon (500 Hayden Pike)

Scott County:

When: Every Thursday through the end of January (8am to 3:30pm)

Where: Office of Scott Valley Court Apartments in Scottsburg (714 Morning Glory Drive)

Jefferson County:

When: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm

Where: OVO Administration Office in Madison (425 Walnut Street)

***IMPORTANT NOTE***:  Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, we will be holding office hours in Scott County on Wednesday, November 23rd.  Beginning the following week, (December 1st), we will be in Scott County on Thursdays until the end of January.
